Madinatul Uloom Madrasa & Orphanage follows a structured daily routine to ensure proper balance between Qur’an learning, memorisation, revision, discipline, and spiritual development. The schedule below may be adjusted seasonally or as required, while keeping the overall structure consistent.

3. Weekly Activities
In addition to the daily routine, the madrasa may conduct the following weekly activities to support holistic student development:

4. Discipline and Attendance
- Students must attend all scheduled classes and prayers.
- Late arrival or absence must be reported to the administration or class teacher with a valid reason.
- Teachers will maintain daily attendance records for all sessions.
5. Examination Schedule
Students will undergo regular assessments to ensure steady progress:
- Weekly or fortnightly progress assessments.
- Monthly memorisation evaluation for Hifz students.
- Term-wise or annual final examinations for all levels.
Promotion to the next level depends on successful completion of academic and Qur’anic requirements, as well as discipline and attendance.
6. Holiday Schedule
The madrasa observes the following categories of holidays:
- Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.
- Eid-ul-Adha holidays.
- Adjusted schedule during Ramadan.
- Annual institutional vacation as decided by the administration.
